Still Stitching, Still Dreaming

Hey you,

It’s been a minute.

The last time I showed up here with a blog was on May 29. That feels like forever ago and just yesterday at the same time. But Parallel Threads has quietly been threading its way forward — slow, steady, and (most importantly) still alive.

This brand was always meant to be more than numbers. It was supposed to feel real. Handmade. Intentional. A reflection of everything I believe in: creativity, comfort, softness, and strength — all stitched together.

And guess what? It’s doing exactly that.

☁️ The Pace We’re Embracing

Parallel Threads isn’t one of those overnight-success stories — and I don’t want it to be. There’s something kind of poetic about building in silence, away from the noise of metrics and milestones. Our pace is slower than the fast-fashion frenzy around us, and that’s a choice. It’s not booming with profit, but it’s blooming with purpose.

Every order still makes me smile.

Every time someone wears a tee or hoodie and tells me “this feels like me,” it fills something in me that’s beyond currency.

We’re making it. Not in a flashy, viral kind of way. But in the way that matters: consistently, authentically, and with soul.

🧡 The Threads in Motion

Since May 29, I’ve:

  • Experimented with new designs (some flopped, some clicked).
  • Gotten better at understanding what you actually like.
  • Played around with Ghibli-inspired mockups, minimal quotes, and romantic collages.
  • Had real conversations with customers who care.
  • Spent time building quietly rather than just promoting loudly.

There’s a rhythm now. A heartbeat. Even if it’s a soft one.

This brand is my journal, my soft corner, and my wild idea — all wrapped in fabric.

πŸŒ™ Lessons from the Quiet

If you’re building something — a brand, a dream, a version of yourself — let me tell you something I’m learning:

It’s okay to grow slowly.

It’s okay to not go viral.

It’s okay if your audience is small — as long as it’s real.

What matters is showing up. Even after a pause. Even after doubt. Even when you think nobody’s watching — because you’re watching. You know the effort. You know the dream. And that’s enough to keep going.

🌸 What’s Next?

I’m currently working on new drops for late August — themes that feel cozy, romantic, and a little magical (you’ll see what I mean). Also thinking of launching a few candles under Parallel Threads — scent meets story. Why not?

Parallel Threads is still becoming. So am I.

If you’re reading this, thank you for still being here.

If you’re wearing something I made, thank you for carrying a piece of this journey with you.

And if you’re dreaming your own dream — keep stitching. It’ll hold.

With love,

Parallel Threads,

Founder, dreamer, designer at Parallel Threads
